Does Accounting-Based Financial Performance Value Environmental, Social and Governance (Esg) Disclosures? A Detailed Note On A Corporate Sustainability Perspective

In this article, we explore the connection between Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) disclosures and Corporate Financial Performance (CFP) in the Indian context. For this purpose, the CFP is measured by ROCE and ROA. The ESG overall disclosure and factor scores are obtained from Bloomberg Terminals.
